The Garris Landing Boathouse was designed as a family getaway where you can actually slow down and spend time together.
The 4BR, 3,000 sqft home is located 1/4 of a mile from the deep water Garris Landing. You can put your boat in or grab the Bulls Island Ferry over to some of the best beaches and nature in the South.
Our home has plenty of room for your boat and trailer, so no need to fight the rush to limited parking spots at the landing.

Need to Knows...
Sleeping Arrangements:
The Garris Landing Boathouse can technically sleep about 12 people, but there is room for those extra kids on the couch or if you bring an air mattress. We've even had some people throw some kids in a tent on the screened in porch!
- Master Bedroom: on the second level with 1 king bed and has plenty of room for a crib or air mattress if needed.
- Downstairs Bedroom #1: Room with queen bed and private bathroom/shower
- Downstairs Bedroom #2: Room with bunk beds (shared bathroom/shower)
- Downstairs Bedroom #3: Smaller room with one full size bed (shared bathroom/shower)
- Downstairs Couch: The couch is a large sectional, kids and teens usually like to sleep there and watch the 70" TV!
- Widows Watch: on the third level there is a Widows watch, which may be the best room in the house, you can see the sunrise over the atlantic ocean from this room! There is a futon couch up there that can sleep 2 more people.
